Jon Fitch had the fight of his life against Georges St. Pierre at "UFC 87: Seek and Destroy" in August of 2008. Flying Penguin Pictures produced a film detailing Fitch's training camp for the fight.

Flying Penguin Pictures was founded in May of 2006 and completed their first project, "The Flying Scissors" in November of 2007. Flying Penguin Pictures strives to produce innovative and commercially viable products that stretch the boundaries of traditional film.

A release date has not been announced for the film, however one is expected soon as it film is currently in post production. The film will follow not only Fitch as he prepares for GSP, but several other fighters of American Kickboxing Academy based in San Jose, California.

Fitch is scheduled to fight undefeated Paulo Thiago at UFC 100. Thiago recently knocked out Fitch's teammate and training partner Josh Koscheck at "UFC 95: Sanchez vs Stevenson".
