Three key fights have been added to the upcoming "UFC 106: Carwin Vs. Lesnar card." The event will be held live on pay-per-view from Las Vegas, Nevada, on November 21. The main event will feature a heavyweight title fight between champion, Brock Lesnar (4-1), and number one contender Shane Carwin (11-0). Also scheduled for the co-main event is a rematch between former light heavyweight champions Forrest Griffin (16-6) and Tito Ortiz (15-6-1).

Former number one welterweight contender Jon Fitch is set to welcome Ricardo "Big Dog" Almeida to the stacked lineup of 170 pounders in the UFC. Almeida formerly fought at middleweight but made the drop following his most recent fight against Kendall Grove at "UFC 101" in August. Since returning to the UFC in February 2008, Almeida is 3-1 with the lone loss coming to Patrick Cote, in a contest that decided Anderson Silva's title opponent at "UFC 90." His overall MMA record is 11-3.

Fitch (19-3) has now won two in a row since losing a unanimous decision to welterweight kingpin Georges St. Pierre at "UFC 87" in August 2008. He defeated Akihiro Gono and Paulo Thiago in that span and is looking to climb back into title contention against Alemeida .

Also added to the card is the return of Karo "The Heat" Parisyan, he is set to take on Dustin "McLovin" Hazelett. Both fighters are coming off of long layoffs; Hazelett has not fought since November 2008 due to injuries and Parisyan has been suspended for testing positive for banned painkillers in January. Parisyan will be looking for his first victory since November 2007 and to improve his 18-5 record which also includes one no contest. Hazellett will want to keep his current 5-1 UFC record (12-4 overall) moving in the right direction as he hopes to establish himself as one of the UFC's top welterweight contenders.

"UFC 106" also features a contest between "Ultimate Fighter Season 3" winner, Kendall Grove and Jake Rosholt. Rosholt made his UFC debut in February, where he tasted defeat at the hands of Dan Miller. He followed that with an impressive victory over Chris Leben at "UFC 102" in August.

With an even UFC record of 1-1 (6-1 overall), Rosholt will look to make a name for himself against Grove, who desperately needs a win to keep from slipping farther behind in UFC’s middleweight division.

Kendall has suffered some setbacks since his win on "The Ultimate Fighter" posting a UFC record of 5-3, with losses to Patrick Cote, Jorge Rivera, and in his last bout against Ricardo Almeida. His current MMA record stands at 10-6 with one no contest.

The full fight card for UFC 106 stands as follows:

Brock Lesnar - Shane Carwin (Heavyweight Title Fight)
Tito Ortiz - Forrest Griffin
Jon Fitch - Ricardo Almeida
Karo Parisyan - Dustin Hazelett
Amir Sadollah - Phil Baroni
Ben Saunders - Marcus Davis
Kendall Grove - Jake Rosholt
George Sotiropoulos - Jason Dent
