UFC officials have been setting up fight cards at an unprecedented pace so far in 2010. Already with six live events through the first quarter of the year, they show no signs of slowing in the second. Reports have surfaced that two fights, Tyson Griffin vs. Evan Dunham and James Wilks vs. Peter Sobotta, are projected to be set up for the UFC's first venture into western Canada, when they bring their product to Vancouver, British Columbia for UFC 115 on June 12. The event is expected to be held at GM Place, home to the NHL's Vancouver Canucks.

Tyson Griffin (14-2) has not fought since "UFC 103: Franklin vs. Belfort" where he picked up the second knockout of his career by defeating former number one contender Hermes Franca. Griffin was then slated to take on Jim Miller at "UFC 108: Evans vs. Silva" but was forced to pull out due to an undisclosed injury. His reported opponent will be the very impressive and undefeated Evan Dunham.

Dunham (10-0) introduced himself to the UFC community when he made his main card debut against "The Ultimate Fighter" winner Efrain Escudero at "UFC Fight Night 20: Diaz vs. Maynard," picking up a slick armbar submission that evening. Both Dunham and Griffin have trained together at Xtreme Couture. However, MMAWeekly.com has reported that Dunham is parting ways with the club to train elsewhere for this fight.

In another rumored bout for UFC 115, MMAJunkie.com has reported that "The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom" welterweight winner James "Lightning" Wilks (9-3) will be taking on UFC sophomore Peter Sobotta (10-2). Wilks is coming off a disappointing one-sided loss to Matt Brown at "UFC 105: Couture vs. Vera" back in November. He will be looking for a strong showing in his second fight since winning the the show.

Sobotta is likely in a "must win" situation, having lost his UFC debut against Paul Taylor at "UFC 99: Franklin vs. Silva." The Polish born fighter will look to use his well rounded game to prove that he belongs on the big stage of MMA.
