TUF 10With only a week to go before the "Ultimate Fighter Season 10" finale, the card is starting to take shape with additional fights are announced featuring eliminated cast members.  Only five fights have been officially announced by the UFC, but sources have confirmed several other bouts taking place on the card.

Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson (3-1) is by far the biggest name and draw for this edition of TUF, making him an obvious choice to appear in the finale.  While the UFC has not yet announced his participation in the event, speculation has run rampant as rumors of a 215 pound catchweight fight against Houston "The Assassin" Alexander (9-4, 1 NC) circulated.  SpikeTV confirmed on November 23rd that Kimbo would be appearing in the finale, yet stated that they would not be announcing his opponent until after the final episode of the reality show aired.  Alexander had applied for a license to fight in Nevada in early November, furthering speculation that he would be fighting in December.  On November 24th, Alexander confirmed the fight in an interview on the Todd N Tyler radio show for the December 5th finale.

Another bout rumored yet unannounced for the finale is between quarter-finalists Justin "The Viking" Wren (8-1) and John Madsen (2-0).  Wren looked impressive in his first fight on the show, finishing Wes "A Whole Show" Sims (22-12-1, 2 NC)by triangle choke in the first round.  His second fight against Roy "Big Country" Nelson (13-4) ended in a razor-thin and controversial decision after the second round.  Madsen overwhelmed his first opponent, Abe Wagner, with both wrestling and striking, leaving him a bloody mess going into the decision.  In his second outing, he was knocked out by Brendan "The Hybrid" Schaub (4-0) after dominating his opponent throughout the first round.

Though his opponent remains to be determined, Darrill Schoonover (10-0) will be fighting on the December 5th finale.  In an interview with Shambala Sports Radio, Schoonover announced that he will be fighting in the finale, however immediately afterwards his fight career will be halted as he has been called back to active duty with the US Army where he will serve a 400 day tour.  He speculated that when he returns, he may attempt to drop to the 205 lb division.  It is interesting to note that Schoonover came into conflict with the opposing team's coach Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (30-7) and threatened to drop to the light heavyweight division to challenge him.

A preliminary bout between UFC veteran Mark Bocek (7-2) and UFC newcomer Joe "The Hammer" Brammer (7-0-1) has been officially announced.  Bocek, winning his past two fights, looks to continue a streak of submission wins over Brammer in the event.  Brammer stepped in for Matt Veach (11-0) who was initially supposed to face Bocek yet withdrew from the bout to face Frankie "The Answer" Edgar (10-1) on the main card of the event.  Edgar was initially scheduled to face Kurt "Batman" Pelligrino (14-4) on the card but Pelligrino was forced to withdraw due to a back injury.
